Identify alternative solutions 

G-suite and Amazon Web services would be a great substitute to strengthen our security of Four seasons. Since the Employees are already used to using Gmail then transitioning the whole company to G-suite won't be an issue. 

 

Evaluate the alternative solutions.

G-suite is Gmail for businesses. Amazon web service is the cloud backup for our G-suite data. Instead of employers and employees using their personal email everyone will have a G-suite business account. The company information will be more secure and resistant to business information being leaked to the wrong people. Using G-suite we will be able to add a company to our Gmail or send important information which will be encrypted. If we ever delete a user by accident or information then we have 20 days to bring the user back or retrieve our lost information and data in Amazon web services. 

Recommend specific solutions or propose clear paths for improvement.

Besides security systems within the company, improvements can be made to focus on the financials of the company and progress of which help the company grow.
