The purpose of these software systems such as Procore, Textura, and Google Drive is to manage payroll, accounting systems, legal documents, projects, track labor, and upload blue prints.
Procore is an all in one construction management software to help finish quality projects. Connects the team, devices, and data on 1 platform.
Textura is a platform for managing invoices & payments on construction projects.
How Accurate are these Systems?
The System's are very accurate as they have to be to keep up with day to day operations. However there is a lack of system security to protect companies data/info as Google Drive isn't the most efficient for some of these processes.

Four Seasons uses hardware products such as computer, laptops, telephone systems, printers, USB monitors, TVs, cameras, and Blueprint machines.

Software products such as Google Drive, Office 35 (Thick), QuickBooks, Textura and Procore (plumbing platforms).

Four Seasons has used multiple software systems to use as their platform such as Procore & Textura, but four seasons does not have a sustainable database for all activities.
What Procedures & Essential skills are required to work at Four Seasons
Essential skills such as knowledge with email, google, & being able to adapt to new software systems is a must as new and different contracts are setup differently for other jobs.
What Problems are there with the current system?
With the current systems (Google drive) there is higher risk of data exposure and is more likely to lose the information. Four Seasons has not develop a more sustainable and reliable system for the moment.
Is there an Inter organizational application?
Yes, as there is a google g-mail that is created for office employees in which all of there information will be stored overtime and shared with one another.
Should Hardware or Software be changed?
The current hardware and softwares have done the necessary job for the company, however Four Seasons needs a more sustainable softwares.
Should Security measures be changed?
Yes, as there is some financial information that shows not being exposed in any way.
Does Four Seasons use cloud computing?
Yes, google drive is used for most of the company’s operation such as keeping track of the project, inventory, and management operations.
